Title:
Waiting

Indoors

Posted on Sat 18th Feb, 2006, 7:06pm

ISO: 100, Shutter speed: 1/20, Aperture: f/5,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: None, Cropping: None,
Lens: Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM, Focal length: 100mm,
Captured: 25th January 2006, 1:36pm,

This is one of the panes on my bedroom window. I should really have a go at cleaning them I guess.

I think I'm gonna try to turn the dirty window thing into an ongoing series of pictures, kinda like the orange series.

The thick black line is down to the fact that it's leaded glass (it's quite an old house).

Really like it. At the danger of sounding too pretentious it reminds me of a Rothko painting. (Type "rothko" into google and you'll see what I mean).

I see what you mean now. Wasn't aware of Rothko before. Cheers.

It's rather striking.

Look's like an aerial photo. The camera always lies

Love this one, something so simple yet you've got something striking out of it. The lead divide and highlights work so well.
