Shepherd's Delight

Firstly, it looks like Wags' cyst is benign. The vet's not 100% certain but they are pretty sure. So that's good news.

Onto today's pic. This is the cylindrical dome type thing on top of Olympia (the exhibition centre in London). I was walking over the footbridge in Kensington Olympia railway station and took a different shot of the dome, with a plane flying overhead. It wasn't great so I didn't shoot any more. Then I went to wait for my train and sat down in a covered area. When I emerged I noticed the sky looked a lot better so I took a couple of shots from the platform before my train arrived.

This is one of those shots. Obviously I've exposed it purely for the sky. I quite like the way the lights inside Olympia shine through, even when the whole rest of the building is completely silhouetted.

Actually, looking back at this shot I think I've gone a bit overboard with it. Still... It's late. I felt like I ought to post something. That's my excuse anyway.

I think it's excellent, but then I love sky shots and silhouettes! As you say the lights from the Olympia in the midst of the silhouette really make it stand out.

The greenish lighting coming through from the windows creates an eery look with the red sky.
