Another from New York, near the Staten island ferry terminal on the Staten side. for some reason this photo reminds me of old black and white spy movies.

Boy I missed this one. I like the lighting on this one Jamey, framing composition is spot on. It has the Black and white impact that you normally expect from these sort of photos.
