Dungeness #1

Posted on Fri 13th Apr, 2007, 9:44pm

ISO: 100, Shutter speed: Various, Aperture: f/16,
Camera: Canon EOS 20D, Flash: None, Cropping: None,
Lens: Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM, Focal length: 12mm,
Captured: 6th April 2007, 6:45pm,

As the title suggests, I went down to Dungeness the other day (cheers Si). It's certainly a very unique place.

I've got about six shots that I like, although none of them really do the atmosphere justice.

A good powerful central shape there, and a slightly cross processed look? Nice effect.

Bold yet muted. Conflicting.

I like pylons. I think they make great subject matter. The muted colours suit the image very well

It's like a pylon in prison. I'm not sure why you'd want to do that but it looks great!

Aren't Pylons great (just like milk), atmos looks confining to me. Nice thought provoker.
