The pink tinge to the flag is very Pride I bet. I guess the man himself is just to the left (our sight) of the flag bearer?

Nicely done Jamey. I love the evil stare coming from that guy in the middle of the frame. The overall contrasts between gay pink and dark really work. More of these please!

I like the way the flash has enabled you to keep the sky nice and dark. The reflections on the path are ace.
