Spilt Milk

Despite living around Croydon, surprisingly few pictures on the blog were taken there. This one was, however. It was taken yesterday on a footbridge overlooking Surrey Street (where Croydon's market is based during the week).

I like the fact that the guy's inside the white box (which wasn't intentional when I took it) and the angle of this one. Also there's something a little sinister about it but I think that's just because film directors overuse this type of angle when a character is about to get attacked.

There's a slight lens blurr using the same mask as the vignette (ie round the edges).

I'm waiting for a piano to fall on his head. Great composition and I like the softening as well.

Great shot and framing. I bet you threw this bottle of milk to this passing man , just to take a good shot. Lol.

Heh. I wish I'd thought of it. And I know what you mean about the piano, Danielle. Decided to bung this in the portfolio section as it's grown on me even more now I've had time to think.

Nice capture, I especially like the splash of dropped milk in front of him.. perhaps somebody has already tried to attack and missed?
