I think it's a little out of focus but then ..(ha, only joking!) Interesting idea and the colours work quite well.

Hmm... I've got to say that although I'\ve posted a couple of blurred images lately, when I look at other peoples I either love them or I don't know what I'm supposed to be seeing. For me, for the effect to work it has to be driven by a motivation or a story or an emotion or have some artistic appeal or something but in this I don't quite see why it's here... Sorry! You have lots of lovely shots, but this one isn't doing it for me. I tried to keep my criticism constructive though :)
